SPRING WATERFALL HIKING TOURS

Be the first to witness the spring melt from the largest waterfall in New Hampshire. Located in Crawford Notch and rising 140ft from Bemis Brook, Arethusa Falls is truly a magnificent sight to see anytime of the year. However, for a short time during the spring melt Arethusa Falls puts on an extra special show for all to see!
Groups will gather at the North Conway Eastern Mountain Sports store at 9am. You will meet your guide, quickly check to make sure everyone has food, water and appropriate clothing, then take a drive to the trailhead in Crawford Notch. Once at the trailhead we set off along the lower section of Bemis Brook for approximately 1.5 miles. At Arethusa Falls you will have plenty of time to take photos, enjoy lunch and explore the beautiful surrounding area.

Clothing- wear clothes appropriate for the day’s weather!

Water- at least one quart
Lunch and snacks- PB&J, bagel, trail mix, granola bars. Avoid soft fruits, as they don’t pack well.
